USPS First Class Mail shipping.
Where do you buy your supplies?
We do not share our supplier information.
What payment methods are available?
Paypal. We also accept checks and money orders, however your purchase will not ship until your check has cleared.
What size are your necklace cords?
All of the adjustable knot necklaces are a standard 18 inches. If you woild like a different length, simply include your request when you order.
Do you make all of your available products?
Yes, we individually handcraft each item in our Oakland, California studio. Custom orders and special requests are welcome.
Do you have a paper catalog?
In an effort to do our part in protecting the environment and keep our prices reasonable we do not offer a printed catalog at this time.
What type of metal do you use in for Fog City Charms? What if I have metal allergies?
We use silver plated, surgical steel and .925 Sterling silver. All pieces are clearly marked with materials used. We are happy to customize your order if we can. Simply include your requests when you order.
I’m sending this order as a gift. Can you include a gift card? Do you provide gift wrapping?
We would be happy to include a gift box.
